Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Smart Career CV and the user ("you", "your") of the Smart Career CV website and services.

2. Service Description

Smart Career CV provides digital CV templates for instant download, built entirely in your browser. No physical products are shipped.

3. Pricing

• Graduate CV: R30 (includes R9 transaction fee)
• Industry CV: R50 (includes R9 transaction fee)
• Executive CV: R70 (includes R9 transaction fee)
• Modern CV: R55 (includes R9 transaction fee)
• Corporate CV: R60 (includes R9 transaction fee)
• Free CV (with watermark): Available at no cost
• Free CV (no watermark): Available by referring one friend

4. Paraphrasing Tool

• 1500 words per browser session: FREE
• Additional words: R20 per 1000 words

5. Payment Methods

• PayFast: Secure online payment
• WhatsApp Proof of Payment: Send proof to 065 509 2417
• OTT Voucher: Enter valid 12-digit voucher code

6. Refund Policy

• If the downloaded file is corrupt or cannot be opened, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
• No refunds once the file has been successfully downloaded.
• The R9 transaction fee is non-refundable in all cases.

7. User Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to use our paid services.
• You agree to provide accurate information for your CV.

8. Liability

Smart Career CV is not responsible for any employment decisions made by employers based on the use of our CV templates.

9. Intellectual Property

All CV templates remain the property of Smart Career CV. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your personal job applications only.

10. Free CV Terms

• With Watermark: Free forever, but must retain "Smart Career CV" signature
• No Watermark: Requires one successful referral.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access with 7 days' notice for breach of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
